Celtic Health Insurance Basic Health Plan – This is a simple PPO with a high-deductible, 80/20 co-insurance, and prescription drug benefits. Celtic Basic is best suited for young self-employed, individuals who need cost-effective health insurance coverage.
Celtic Health Insurance CelticCare Preferred Health Plan – This is a comprehensive health insurance plan aimed towards children, adults, and families. It features 80/20 or 100% co-insurance, deductibles ranging $500-$5,000 as well as additional coverage such as supplemental, accident, and prescription drug coverage. Three plans are offered: CelticCare Preferred Select PPO, CelticCare Preferred “Any Doc” PPO, and CelticCare Preferred Managed Indemnity.
